Preventative Maintenance
We do provide complete preventative maintenance of biomedical/ laboratory/ medical equipment and all their parts which is performed by highly qualified personnel as per the manufacturers’ recommendations, including interior and exterior cleaning, lubrication, alignment and adjustment, inspection and replacement. This service can be availed when needed or under an yearly contract of maintenance agreement.
Calibration
We offer calibration services on all medical equipment including centrifuges, spirometers, oximeters, sterilizers, ECG/EKG, mixers, shakers, stirrers, autoclaves, halter, hot plates, nebulizers, defibrillators among others.
Safety Inspections
Electrical safety inspections are also carried out periodically as part of our services’ quote to ensure devices comply with all the electrical safety standards for medical devices. A complete calibration and check list items are carried out which ensure that the safety standards are met, together with electrical safety testing to meet the various standards and recommendations. Please note that all our service contracts exclude accessories, equipment abuse, water damage, overhauls and expendable parts.
On-Site and Depot Services
We provide both on-site as well as depot services. If required, we will pick up and drop off the equipment from/ at your location. We also provide on-site services right at your place, if needed. Be assured, we shall make accommodations as per your convenience.
